8 GDT IMPLANTS CASE

The patient is female 72 y. o, reports to the office with very movement teeth. After inspection, ortopan, and treatment plan decision, the teeth were extracted, milled, and prepared by the Comet method for autoaugmentation.

The alveoles are cleaned and augmented.

Pterygoid and maxillary implantation at an angle was done to avoid the maxillary sinus.

An impression was taken and temporary teeth were made on the same day. With regular inspections after six months, definitive work was done.

In the lower jaw, classic two-phase implantation was performed, and after three months, definitive work was done.
