A 70 year old female patient, seemingly healthy, visited Dr. Raul Cameras Meneses’ clinic with an issue regarding her fixed prosthesis in her lower anterior teeth.
Due to the current condition of her teeth and bone structures multiple extractions were recommended, along with a surgery guide for placing five GDT Spiral Implants using the GDT surgical Kit, GDT Multi-unit Attachments on each implant, and GDT Bone Grafts (sponge grafting plug), along with a transitional prosthesis before placing the denture.
Following up on the procedure, within 3 months, impressions will be taken to create an implant-supported lower denture.
